strategy plan.

Designed a three layer hierarchical network that is robust, cost efficient and redundant with less maintenance
to support Energysouth’s enormous customer demands.

Migrated their multi-vendor software and equipment to one platform and manufacture respectively for better
performance and easily resolvable thereby saving Energysouth 8 million dollars in operational and budgetary cost.

Developed a standard operational procedure to assist technician in collaboration with network functionality
and remote access for repairs and troubleshoot.
·
The network design has benefited Energysouth in its interoperability, reliability, availability, and
security of member servers. It has also increased company’s network scalability, manageability, security, and lowered

infrastructure that are necessary to identify early stage opportunities and risks to assist project sponsors in constructing
a new home.

The Caney Creek project was on schedule and concluded in 90 days at the budgeted cost of $226,680 taking
into consideration all the risks of this project, include unforeseen weather, labor strikes, equipment failure, theft, lack
of resources and budgets and government issues.
·
By partnering with the project sponsors, contractors, and subcontractors the home was finished under
initial budget of $300,050 and still with the same specifications and dimension of the client’s requirement of the house.
·
Project documentation which included plan of action, scheduling, scope of project, budgeting, charter,
partnering agreement, status report and risk assessment was compiled with the direction of my leadership.
